@kou Thank you for the ruby changes! I have tested the urls with `nixlibs.R` and `winlibs.R` and they work, so the dir structure is correct and the additional files are no problem. I am not sure how we would verify the binaries in `dev/release/verify-release-candidate*` in a meaningful way as we already verify them against windows (2 R versions) and 8 linux images in the `r-binary-packages` task.
