I think the scope of the Jira is to test/ check/ make sure all formats are supported with `parse_date_time()` too. This means we might need to get rid of the `supported_orders` [list](https://github.com/apache/arrow/blob/010b5921bd33e9849820f981647561f19936b899/r/R/dplyr-datetime-helpers.R#L203-L211) and test they actually work. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
