**Is your feature request related to a problem or challenge? Please describe what you are trying to do.** In order to integrate with the wide ecosystem of database tools (tableau, etc) Ballista should support (J/O)DBC. **Describe the solution you'd like** Directly implementing xDBC drivers would be wasted effort, since the Arrow FlightSQL protocol already has xDBC drivers.
