   Weeeeeeell... Clang wasn't in the pinning I commented on - and there's no 
incompatibility from the POV of conda(-forge). In other words, this is not 
going to be fixed by synching the pinnings. It's due to the combination of:
   * requiring clang on windows (I don't really understand this need; at least 
it's very uncommon...)
   * pinning to clang 10 (which is 2.5 years old and thus apparently 
incompatible with vs2019)
