The failures on osx{,-arm} are a
[known](https://github.com/conda-forge/conda-forge.github.io/issues/1823) but
unresolved source of spurious segfaults at the moment. On the feedstock I just
restart these...
For PPC, the main change was that we
[bumped](https://github.com/conda-forge/arrow-cpp-feedstock/commit/16487f0bd50f72ca7fb734999975748ff7ff27f1)
from GCC 7 -> 10 (previously stuck due to GCC bugs with the compiler flag
`-fno-flt` that conda-forge sets by default), but otherwise I don't know what's
going on there. The import test are also passing in our CI, so it might also be
something on master here. If needed I can run a build from HEAD in the
feedstock and see what happens.
