I've spent a bit of time putting together a nanoarrow-based SQLite driver: https://github.com/lidavidm/arrow-adbc/tree/sqlite-nanoarrow It doesn't yet pass the test suite. (I'll put it up for PR once it does, and retire the one that uses libarrow.) I've mostly focused on the type-inferring reader. However, it can probably be simplified.
