**Is your feature request related to a problem or challenge? Please describe what you are trying to do.** There are certain expressions that are "too complex" to serialize. After @crepererum 's fix in https://github.com/apache/arrow-datafusion/issues/3968 they at least produce a proper error It would be nice to at least support deeply nested AND expression trees which are common in certain machine generated queries **Describe the solution you'd like** Ideally we would follow @andygrove 's suggestion (which I remember seeing but can't find) and rather than serializing an expression like ```text ((A AND B) AND C) AND D ... ``` into a tree that matches the `Expr` structure, instead into a structure like ``` AndExpr(Vec<Expr>) ``` **Describe alternatives you've considered** N/a **Additional context** See https://github.com/apache/arrow-datafusion/issues/3968 and https://github.com/influxdata/influxdb_iox/pull/6020 -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
