Hey @alamb, I moved the tests into datafusion/core/tests but the tests were not passing on windows (see [CI](https://github.com/apache/arrow-datafusion/actions/runs/3579678163/jobs/6021107151)) so I excluded the tests from running on windows in [this commit](https://github.com/apache/arrow-datafusion/pull/4395/commits/aee6c626ab16c886c789e29788c9474614ea6fc7). -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
