With #3384 a full release build now takes just over 20 seconds on my computer. For reference back in August a full release compile took 230 seconds - https://github.com/apache/arrow-rs/pull/2597#issue-1352987546 With the addition of dyn_arith_dict and dyn_cmp_dict this was brought down to 120 seconds - https://github.com/apache/arrow-rs/pull/2760 Splitting up the crates has then brought it down the remaining 6x.
