There were some inaccuracies in the TPC-H queries we have been using
(compared to the queries generated by the official TPC-H query generator), such
as missing LIMIT conditions.
Also, the queries were not using the correct substitution parameters for
scale factor 1, which is what we use in our testing.

- Add limits where needed
- Use date interval syntax instead of hard-coded dates
