I am querying CSV files and seeing errors such as
`"ArrowError(CsvError("Encountered unequal lengths between records on CSV file.
Expected 45 records, found 44 records"))"`.
There are two issues:
- This should say `Expected 45 fields, found 44 fields` not `Expected 45
records, found 44 records`
- It does not give me any information about which line in the file has the
issue, which is unhelpful
