ah, okay, looking at the [examples/README](https://github.com/apache/arrow-ballista/blob/master/examples/README.md#start-a-standalone-cluster), the target/release files need to be built first: ``` cargo build --release ``` However, when I execute this command, I get the following error:  -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
