It’s beyond my knowledge, but would it make sense to create a PostgreSQL reference integration? A PostgreSQL COPY command writing (and reading) Apache Arrow Streams / record batches would be really nice. I saw the PostgreSQL dev community was _very_ skeptic about any speedups compared to their wire protocol when different features of COPY was discussed.
