Please describe what you are trying to do.** Support for reading compressed CSV/JSON files was recently added to [DataFusion](https://github.com/apache/arrow-datafusion/pull/3642) we should add supporting bindings here so that the python bindings can take advantage of that as well. **Describe the solution you'd like** Update `context.rs::register_csv/json(...)` to take advantage of the new `CsvReadOptions` which allows for specifying a file compression type. **Describe alternatives you've considered** None **Additional context** None -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
