@zeroshade by my reading of https://infra.apache.org/licensing-howto.html, we should be doing this for all transitive Golang dependencies too, right? I believe the main Arrow repository gets away with this since we don't ever redistribute compiled Go code, but the case is different here. https://github.com/google/go-licenses doesn't seem to include everything, either.
