### Issue This closes https://github.com/apache/arrow-nanoarrow/issues/100. ### Description Create an example project that vendors the nanoarrow_ipc files. ### Testing 1. I copied the commands from [.github/workflows/examples.yaml](https://github.com/apache/arrow-nanoarrow/compare/main...danepitkin:arrow-nanoarrow:GH-100?expand=1#diff-c4613dcee560ce1f5feabe2f1795517d67bc2a3464d17d9c0d0abce1a1fe3a68) into a script and ran it successfully. 2.
