**Describe the bug**
after disable `skip_fail`
test: `sort_on_window_null_string` failed
called `Result::unwrap()` on an `Err` value: Context("type_coercion",
Internal("Optimizer rule 'type_coercion' failed due to unexpected error:
Internal error: Cannot run range queries on datatype: Utf8. This was likely
caused by a bug in DataFusion's code and we would welcome that you file an bug
report in our issue tracker"))
