The class [JdbcToArrow](https://github.com/apache/arrow/blob/master/java/adapter/jdbc/src/main/java/org/apache/arrow/adapter/jdbc/JdbcToArrow.java) is very helpful for fetch large data using JDBC (especially in Python).
