   Hi, thank you for your reply! 
   I have upgrated the cmake to version 3.26，and setting 
"Sys.setenv(NOT_CRAN=TRUE, ARROW_R_DEV=TRUE)"  in R before 
"install.packages("arrow")", but I get other error messages, like this
