Hmm, since the primary example of a producer-supplied CUDA stream is the [CUDA Array Interface](https://numba.readthedocs.io/en/stable/cuda/cuda_array_interface.html#streams), perhaps it would be nice to have the Numba devs' feedback on consumer-supplied vs. producer-supplied. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
