I think this just needs a small correction in our test (how we check to skip, similarly as my comment at https://github.com/apache/arrow/pull/35248#discussion_r1172414341), and so this doesn't actually impact any runtime behaviour. If we are OK with the fact that those tests fail when using pandas 2.0.1, we might not need a new RC. Doing a PR to fix it right now. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
