**Is your feature request related to a problem or challenge? Please describe what you are trying to do.** There is no way to serialize a Substrait plan to bytes in Python. The only way currently is to serialize a SQL query to bytes which doesn't work with Dataframes. **Describe the solution you'd like** A way to go from Dataframe -> Substrait Plan -> Encoded Protobuf Bytes **Describe alternatives you've considered** Using SQL queries instead of the Dataframe API. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
