In https://github.com/conda-forge/r-arrow-feedstock/pull/63 we found a workaround for this for 11.0.0: in your case, set the env var `LIB_DIR=/opt/homebrew/Cellar/apache-arrow/11.0.0_3/lib` and it should find the features correctly.
