`cmake -DCMAKE_INSTALL_RPATH=${CONDA_PREFIX}/lib ...` may help you.
BTW, why do you need to specify conda related paths explicitly? I think that
`conda activate` or something sets related environments such as
`LD_LIBRARY_PATH` and `PKG_CONFIG_PATH` automatically.
