Thanks! I missed that one. I solved it increasing temporarily the /tmp/ size
with `mount -o remount,size=10G /tmp/` and running `install.packages('arrow',
configure.vars = 'ARROW_USE_PKG_CONFIG=false')` again. Closing it now.
