@kou I've closed this because I was just testing but do you think we should
update the abseil version?
From my understanding the Ubuntu Jammy packaged version is also quite old:
```
libabsl20210324/jammy,now 0~20210324.2-2 amd64 [installed,automatic]
extensions to the C++ standard library
```
so we might want to keep it like that?
