Thanks. It seems that it's a (old?) `curl` problem on CentOS 7.
Could you use the following with Maven 3.9.3?

We don't use CentOS 7 on our CI. So we will not have the problem on our CI.
(You can use macOS not CentOS 7 for this, right?)
