## Which issue does this PR close? Part of https://github.com/apache/arrow-datafusion/issues/1754 ## Rationale for this change I am trying to improve the code structure of DataFusion -- I tried to remove this function and replace it with the TreeNode API but I was not successful. At least I can pull this code into its own module to make it easier to find ## What changes are included in this PR? Move ExecutionPlanVisitor and some related functions into their own `visitor.rs` module ## Are these changes tested?
