Just running the in memory tests was taking 11 seconds on my machine, this
was almost entirely spent generating random data for the multipart upload tests.
Changing the benchmark to instead use chunks that only have a random
selection of non-zero bytes at random indexes, cuts the execution time down to
10s of milliseconds, whilst providing similar coverage.
