Hmm caller usually have information about the Arrow array type, and can use
that to create the generic parameter? For instance, one of our cases:
```rust
pub fn my_function(array: ArrayRef) -> ArrayRef {
match array.data_type() {
DataType::Int64 => {
unary_dyn::<_, Int64Type>(&array, |v|
v.div_floor(MICROS_PER_SECOND)).unwrap()
},
...
}
}
```
