Well, building from the tarball, I can enable `PYARROW_WITH_PARQUET=1` and `PYARROW_WITH_FLIGHT=1` and the build seems to go smoothly, but now _any_ attempted import of pyarrow results in the error above (`pyarrow.lib` not found). ☹️ -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
