Review Comment:
I know your meaning, but the problem is that, when we get a page. The
`num_values` is including the nulls. ( see
https://github.com/apache/parquet-format/blob/master/src/main/thrift/parquet.thrift#L533
). So when:
```
nullable: [false, false, false, false, null]
```
The data size is `4`. But the `dec.nvals` is 5.
