According to [Time and Date](https://www.timeanddate.com/time/time-zones-interesting.html), Australia/Adelaide, Asia/Calcutta (India) and America/St_Johns (Newfoundland, Canada), among others, have half-hour offsets from UTC, and their normal time zone reflects that, but they can't be represented at whole hour offsets with Etc zones from tzdb. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
