I see that this PR has some of the circular dependency issues that I also encountered (I'm working on https://github.com/apache/arrow/issues/38706), same goal except for acero objects. I solved this in [PR-38649](https://github.com/apache/arrow/issues/38706) and it works for `pyarrow.compute.Expression`.
