Do you need the shims in arrow-rs? It might be enough to expose a function that creates and returns the capsules, and then another library that depends on arrow-rs (like geoarrow-rs) could use that to get the capsules which _they_ can expose on their objects. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
