I've reproduced the benchmark using https://github.com/JayjeetAtGithub/datafusion-duckdb-benchmark on AWS m5.2xlarge with 8 vCPU and 32 GB mem (I have to say those scripts are very convenient 👍). The overall performance is similar, except for the scalability case (machine limitation).
