When capturing perf record -D 1000 -e minor-faults -g --freq=max --call-graph=dwarf,32768 this is old one <img width="1158" alt="image" src="https://github.com/apache/arrow/assets/53221537/843673ea-73e2-4626-92d2-6fc84772c809";> and this is new one <img width="1185" alt="image" src="https://github.com/apache/arrow/assets/53221537/599b24fd-4225-4c28-a4ca-1af4d3ab160d";> Big difference is seen in ZSTD_decompressSequences_bmi2 - it started to cause 8 times more minor faults Also CreateBuffer of started to take much time.
