I did remove `fn benefits_from_input_partitioning` and it works just fine.
Now, I get `file_groups={12 groups:...}` for `OutputRequirementsExec`
without having a Filter-, or AggregateExec on top.
...I'll push that minor change for now; if there is not another solution
that is more suitable.
