if the JWT issuer is just account, it feels like we shouldn't have ADBC strip the `.privatelink` but rather it should be explicitly stated that the "account" provided has to match the issuer for the JWT. I don't want to add stripping of the `.privatelink` because what if the JWT issuer actually *does* have the `.privatelink` on it? -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
