Could you show the output of the following command line after you install
`pkg-config` gem by `PATH=$(brew --prefix ruby)/bin:$PATH gem install
pkg-config`?
```bash
PATH=$(brew --prefix ruby)/bin:$PATH ruby -r pkg-config -e 'p
PKGConfig.cflags("gobject-introspection-1.0")'
