### What changes are included in this PR? - Add `pkgbuild` to `DESCRIPTION` under `Suggests` - Move from rebuilding the (bundled dependencies) package using `utils::tar` to `pkgbuild::build` ### Are these changes tested? No. I didn't see any existing tests for this function (which perhaps is not a valid reason). ### Are there any user-facing changes? Yes, the `pkgbuild` package is now required to use `create_package_with_all_dependencies`.
