### What is the problem the feature request solves? It will be very useful to surface the reason(s) why Comet is disabled and have to fallback to Spark. For instance, which expressions, data types, operators, etc, are not supported. Ideally we can expand the Spark UI page (the same page which shows the Spark plan diagram) by adding a separate section for the reasons.
