For example `Closes #123` indicates that this PR will close issue #123. --> Closes #. ## Rationale for this change A high level system diagram often helps people quickly understand what a project is and how it relates to other proejects. @sunchao made a nice diagram for how Comet and Spark relate to each other for the blog post we are working on in https://github.com/apache/arrow-site/pull/479 / https://github.com/apache/arrow-site/pull/479#discussion_r1509503013 and I think that image would be valuable in the main README as well ## What changes are included in this PR? 1.
