I split out datafusion-federation's SQL Writer code into its own package and added an example for [expressions](https://github.com/datafusion-contrib/datafusion-federation/blob/main/sql-writer/examples/expr.rs) and [plans](https://github.com/datafusion-contrib/datafusion-federation/blob/main/sql-writer/examples/plan.rs).
