Ports over TestMetadataGetObjectsColumnsXdbc from Snowflake to also be tested on FlightSQL. Also makes the DomainSocketTest work correctly on Windows by correcting the expected path of the generated adbc.sock file. Also removes an ineffectual assignment in the Snowflake driver that I couldn't commit without fixing.
