@lidavidm Do you have any thoughts on what the name prefix for these should be? The current precedent is either `ADBC_INFO_VENDOR_` or `ADBC_INFO_DRIVER_`. I don't think either of those really apply here, so perhaps just `ADBC_INFO_` (e.g. `ADBC_INFO_READ_ONLY`).
