It seems like we would need to configure multiple hashes depending on which source gets downloaded. There are 3 URLs configured for downloading boost: https://github.com/apache/arrow/blob/main/cpp/cmake_modules/ThirdpartyToolchain.cmake#L606-L615 The first link is https://apache.jfrog.io/artifactory/arrow/thirdparty/7.0.0/boost_1_81_0.tar.gz and has size 10.8MB with sha256 `9e0ffae35528c35f90468997bc8d99500bf179cbae355415a89a600c38e13574`.
