Move the `LogicalPlan` tree node code out of `expr` and into `LogicalPlan`: ``` renamed: datafusion/expr/src/tree_node/plan.rs -> datafusion/expr/src/logical_plan/tree_node.rs renamed: datafusion/expr/src/tree_node/expr.rs -> datafusion/expr/src/tree_node.rs ``` ## Are these changes tested?
