I can reproduce the issue locally. @wgtmac @pitrou would you have time and idea on what could be the issue that both `dataset.to_table()` or `dataset.to_batches()` returns the error after calling `count_rows` if the parquet file is encrypted? -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
