At least one test is failing on pypy because of an unreleased buffer. We have at least one other test that is skipped because of this...pypy doesn't appear to release buffers promptly (or something is awry with the cython interaction). We don't expose writable buffers anywhere yet except internally where we control all the writes, so this PR adds a step to disable the check. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
